Charlotte Christensen, British-Maltese Actor-Musician

We are pleased to represent the talented British-Maltese Actor-Musician Charlotte Christensen.

 

Charlotte was born in a small town outside Newcastle, England, and now lives near Dresden with her husband and young son. Charlotte began her endeavours in music at 5 years old when she took up the flute, and by the age of 17 had attained a diploma (highest level) on the instrument as well as becoming proficient in Piano and Recorders. After discovering a love of singing, she went on to study opera for 4 years at the Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester, gaining a Bachelor of Honours, before then going on to complete a Masters in Musical Theatre at the Royal Academy of Music in London.
Since graduating Charlotte has performed in a range of different productions throughout the UK, from playing 'Ariel' an Actor Musician production of Shakespeare's 'The Tempest' in Covent Garden' to being 'Belle' in 'Beauty and the Beast' near Southampton for companies such as The Old Vic Theatre and The National Theatre. Since arriving in Germany at the beginning of this year Charlotte now assists in leading a local Choir and has performed with her group 'The Arpeggios' at Radebeul Lebensart festival and is looking forward to singing in upcoming engagements before the end of the year.
