Biography
| English | Victoria is a professionally trained classical actor and studied Performing Arts at The Bath Spa School of Music & Drama. At the beginning of her career she spent a season with Kent Rep Productions, The Hever Lakeside Theatre Company, acting in several of their open-air performances, and then with The Shakespeare Birthplace Trust acting as a Shakespearean Presenter performing excerpts from Shakespeare's greatest works in Outdoor Theatre. Following on she worked with Production Company Prior Commitment acting in TS Eliott's play “Murder In The Cathedral” as a Temptress and Female Priest. In-between acting roles, Victoria was also busy headlining music festivals, performing her own original material, as well as writing, recording and composing rock electronica music which was aired on radio stations all over the UK and abroad. Victoria then went into TV & Film acting and singing alongside David Tennant in Dr.Who, and appearing in Casualty, as well as playing cameos in several Rosamunde Pilcher films. Victoria has also presented, and interviewed Phil Tufnell at a televised promotional event at Victoria Station, London. She has also acted alongside Richard Cadell in a Sooty Christmas Special Charity Video. More recently Victoria acted in many short films for national film festivals, as well as commercials and voice-overs. Last year Victoria went on tour playing the role of Helena in “A Midsummer Night's Dream” and Queen Anne in “The Three Musketeers”. This year, during Shakespeare week, she performed as Queen Elizabeth in an open-air production of Richard III at Dartmouth Castle. |
